7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase β no questions asked.
If you bought a product, downloaded it, printed it, and it simply isn't the right fit for your family β that's okay. Send us an email within 7 days and we'll refund you in full.
We believe our products work. We also believe that trust is more important than a single transaction.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@kidsdailyroutines.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- Let us know what you purchased and, optionally, why it didn't work for you β not required, but genuinely helpful for us.
- We'll process your refund within 3β5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
No forms. No hoops. Just a quick email.
Important Information About Digital Products
Because our products are instant digital downloads, please be aware of the following:
- Once a file has been downloaded, we are not able to "take it back." Our 7-day refund policy exists because we trust our customers, not because we can verify non-use.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If you purchased through PayPal, refunds are returned to your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
- If you purchased through a credit or debit card, please allow 3β5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date. We are unable to process refund requests outside the 7-day window.
- Purchases of bundled products where individual items have already been used. If you purchased a bundle and are requesting a partial refund, please contact us and we'll assess on a case-by-case basis.
- Printed or laminated copies. Our policy covers the digital file purchase only. We are not responsible for printing costs incurred by the customer.
- Technical issues caused by the customer's own device or printer. If you're having trouble opening, printing, or using a file, please contact us first β we'll do everything we can to help you resolve it before a refund is needed.
Having Trouble With a File?
Before requesting a refund, please reach out to us. Common issues we can help with:
- File won't open β we can resend or provide an alternative format
- Pages printing incorrectly β we can provide print settings guidance
- Wrong product downloaded β we can correct the order immediately
- Lost your download link β we can resend it at any time
We'd much rather fix the problem than issue a refund. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours on business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges on digital downloads, as each product is a separate file. However, if you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we'll either swap your download or apply a store credit toward the correct product.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full β no time limit applies to duplicate purchase refunds.
