1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Kids Daily Routines ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website at KidsDailyRoutines.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

2. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Kids Daily Routines sells digital downloadable products ("Products"), including but not limited to:

Printable routine charts
Habit trackers
Activity planners
Bingo cards
Educational printables

All Products are delivered as PDF files via instant digital download. No physical products are shipped. You are purchasing a licence to use the digital file, not ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

3. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

3.1 Delivery Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for your purchased file(s). Downloads are also accessible through your account on the Site if you created one at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

3.2 File Format All Products are provided in PDF format. You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible software to open PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge).

3.3 No Refunds on Digital Downloads Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under applicable consumer protection law.

Exception: If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the correct file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3.4 Re-Downloads We recommend saving your purchased files to your device or a cloud storage service immediately after download. While we make reasonable efforts to keep download links active, we cannot guarantee permanent access to download links and are not responsible for files that have been lost, deleted, or accidentally removed from your device.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE

4.1 Ownership All content on the Site and within our Products — including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kids Daily Routines and is protected by copyright law.

4.2 Personal Use Licence When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use licence to:

Download and print the file for your own personal or household use
Print multiple copies for use within your own home or family
Laminate, resize, or adapt the file for your own personal use

4.3 Restrictions — What You May NOT Do You may NOT, under any circumstances:

Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital file to any third party
Share the download link with others who have not purchased the Product
Upload the file to any file-sharing platform, website, or cloud service for public access
Use the designs for commercial purposes, including reselling printed copies
Claim the designs as your own work
Use our Products in any way that competes with Kids Daily Routines
Print and sell physical copies of our Products

Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and termination of your licence.

4.4 Classroom and Group Use If you wish to use our Products in a classroom, childcare setting, or group programme, please contact us at support@kidsdailyroutines.com to discuss an appropriate extended licence. Single-purchase licences do not cover commercial or group distribution.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay at checkout is final for that transaction.

5.2 Payment Processing Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5.3 Taxes Applicable taxes may be added to your order depending on your location and local tax regulations. The final tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.4 Currency All transactions are processed in USD. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 General Policy As all Products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download has been accessed or the download link has been sent.

6.2 Exceptions We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

The file you received is technically defective, corrupted, or blank
You were charged twice for the same order
You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@kidsdailyroutines.com within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

6.3 Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases of the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with a product that has been downloaded and is functioning as described. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

7.1 Account Creation You may be given the option to create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

9.2 As Is The Site and all Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kids Daily Routines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
